There are a couple of ways for you to pay your Discovery Credit Card.
The best and easiest in my opinion is using Internet Banking to transfer cash from your existing account into your credit card.
As an example, I will use Standard Bank, because that is the bank I use.
- Log into your Internet Banking account
- Click on “Payments & Transfers” and then “Beneficiaries”
- Click on “Add new beneficiery” and enter your OTP (OTP means One Time Pin)
- Enter your reference, something like “Discovery CC”
- Under Beneficiary Details, select “Company” as the Beneficiary Type
- Under “Business Directory”, enter “Discovery” and click “Search”
- Select “DISCOVERY CREDIT CARD”
- Now, for the key point in this: Enter your Credit Card Number as the Beneficiary Reference
- The rest of the information you can enter as you’d like, and click on “Next” when you’re finished…
- Double check your information on the “Confirm the details” page
Next time you want to make a payment into your Discovery Card, it’s as simple as making a payment to a beneficiary… Let me know if you need help doing that as well.

i have applied for the card and i have fax the required document but i have not recieved any respond.

I have a Discovery Card that I’ve been using like a debit card for more than two years. I want to apply for credit activation if its possible as I have never activated that before. I was promised a form that I’ll have to fill and submit. May you please forward such form to my email. I need access to credit as in yesterday.

I had a card which was cancelled because I didnt use it. I applied for a card again and never got it sent to me. I have tried following up without any joy.

Please do not pay your card twice in one month. The collection consultants will contact you and say you are in arrears, because they do not see payment for the succeeding month!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You could just set up a beneficiary as above, but in your FNB account.
